Lasting 3 days we explore some of the most stunning locations in the world, including white sandy beaches, the clear blue waters of Wineglass Bay, orange tinged boulders hugging the coastline along the East Coast, sheer pink granite mountains of Freycinet National Park, all whilst indulging in world class wines, craft beers, stunning whisky, gourmet produce and seafood so fresh it’s caught in the very bay you explored that morning.

We have designed an adventure to ensure you truly experience them, whether it be exploring from high above, cruising across the water in boats and kayaks or even diving below for those that dare. Wet your appetite with the award winning wines from the aptly named Darlington Vineyard. Uniquely located off the sheltered waters of Prosser Bay on the famous Freycinet coast. The result is truly elegant and intense bursts of flavour to tantalise your taste buds! Included on our tour: A tailored wine tasting and snacks
Tasmania lends itself to boutique vineyards. Milton Vineyard has a unique micro-climate that suits the ancient grape Pinot Noir. The 13 hectare vineyard has plantings of the aromatics Pinot Gris, Riesling, and Gewurztraminer with a focus is on producing small quantities of handmade wine. Close attention is paid to every detail in the vineyard and the wines represent this exacting work. Included on our tour: A tailored wine tasting
Spring Vale Vineyard is a small, family-owned winery. Continuing in the tradition of hard work and innovation established by William Lyne in 1826, Rodney and Lyn Lyne have planted 14.5 hectares of wine grapes at Spring Vale. Included on our tour: A tailored wine tasting
Devils Corner. Nestled in the protected haven from the shipwrecked coast of the Southern Ocean lies a very special and unique winery. It’s name inspired by the famous Tasmanian Devil it is the perfect blend of wild and home. Their range of wines covers all manner of sins and you’re sure to find the perfect wine for every occasion. Included on our tour: A wine tasting session and Lunch

Freycinet Kayak Adventures - Avoid the crowds and explore Freycinet National Park from a different vantage point- the seat of your own kayak! Glide along the water and you may see the vibrant marine life the bay is so famous for, paddle under the pink granite mountain’s shadows and enjoy a coffee break on your very own private white sand beach.

Freycinet Marine Farm - Sample seafood so fresh it’s still dripping with the salt water it was plucked from. With seafood this fresh very little is needed to be done to it, but Freycinet Marine Farm have done the impossible and taken your taste buds to new heights with their fresh recipes. Feast on oysters, mussels, scallops or abalone, even salmon and rocklobster all either grown on the farm or sourced from local fishermen. Included on our tour: A fresh Seafood lunch
Iron House Brewery - When you combine a winery, brewery and distillery with the white sands of the east coast of Tasmania you know you’re in for a real treat. Unwind with one of their specialty beers, or delight in their wines, or even dare their new Strange Omen Vodka if you dare. Included on our tour: A Tasting of Iron House Brewerys' spectacular ales and/or wine, gin.

We finish our tour in Hobart and this is the perfect place to set off on your next adventure! Nestled in the foothills of Mt Wellington, Hobart is a hub of activity. It houses some of the best chefs in the world, turning the unique Tasmanian produce into something spectacular for your plate. Explore the city, visit MONA or Salamanca Market or even go further afield and visit Port Arthur, Australia’s most intact and evocative convict site.
Included on our tour: Drop off and pick up at destination of your choice within Hobart Region.
Meals: Lunch and Dinner every day. Light Breakfast. Produce samples along the way
Beverages: Local Wines, whiskey and Craft Beers. Water and Coffee on bus.
Accommodation: Two nights at Edge of the Bay Resort in Coles Bay
