“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

Tasmania has consolidated its reputation over recent decades as Australia’s gourmet island. Come and share the experience of produce grown with love, made with pride, and enjoy every story by those that care the most. All without the hassle of organising transport, locations, open hours and allocating the role of designated driver to the poor friend who has to miss out on all the delicious delights. Our craft beverage tours are fully paid for so you only need to bring out the credit card if you want to take the experience home with you with an extra bottle or two.

Hobart Brewing Company. 16 Evans Street, Hobart, Tasmania 7000

Meet your local guide at this local watering hole for a day involving a brewery tour, locally sourced lunch and approximately 25 beer tastings!

Cascade Brewery . 11 a.m

The Cascade Brewery Company, established in 1824, is located in Hobart at the foot of the majestic Mount Kunanyi. Here, Australia’s oldest operating brewery crafts a range of exceptional beers for Tasmania and ‘the mainland’. Included in this tour: a 1.5 hour tour of the Cascade Brewery followed by Lunch at Cascade Brewery with a paddle of beers

T – Bone Brewhouse .  2.00 p.m

Tom Bignell began brewing craft beer out of his father’s distillery at their family property ‘Belgrove’ in Kempton. It didn’t take long before T-Bone Brewing Co. was conceived, and it now sits prominently on North Hobart’s main strip. T-Bone’s first priority is quality, with key ingredients carefully selected both interstate and locally wherever possible. Included in this tour: a paddle of T-Bone Beers

Shambles Brewery .  3.15 p.m

It starts with a love of beer. The brewery was opened in early 2016 by a couple of keen home brewers. The brewery’s name pays homage to the venue’s origins as a butchery and small goods factory (with the word “Shambles” originally meaning “meat market” in historical England.) Included in this tour: a paddle of Shambles Beers

Hobart Brewing Company .  4.30 p.m

Hobart Brewing Co. is inspired by Hobart’s rich brewing heritage of the 19th century while celebrating Tasmania’s natural advantages and ideal brewing conditions. Superior local ingredients, skilled brewers & flavoursome beer is the motto. Included in this tour: a paddle of Hobart Brewing Beers

Finish where you started and keep the party going in the heart of Hobart’s Food & beverage region.
