Sullivans Cove Distillery . 11 a.m 

Sullivans Cove is the quintessential small-batch luxury whisky. Distilled with Conviction in Hobart, Tasmania, Sullivans Cove single malt is hand made using traditional methods and 100% Tasmanian ingredients. In 2014 their French Oak cask  was named Best Single Malt Whisky in the World by the World Whiskies Awards. Included in this tour: a hosted tasting session of award winning whiskeys 


Pooleys Wines .  12.15 p.m

Pooley Wines is a five star rated multi award winning Tasmanian family winery located in the heart of the  Tasmania’s famous wine producing region, the Coal River Valley. The historical property and two separate vineyards in the Coal River Valley have built a reputation for the production their quality of cool-climate wines such as world class Riesling, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Included in this tour: a wine tasting session 


Coal River Vineyard .  1 p.m

Passionate producers of Pinot Noir. The Coal Valley Vineyard is a stunningly located 5 hectare winery in the Coal River Valley, South East Tasmania producing award winning wines with a focus on Pinot Noir. Enjoy stunning views of the Coal River Valley and Barilla Bay over the vines. Included in this tour: a wine tasting session and a large shared style lunch showcasing local produce

Last Rites Brewing Company is a Hobart based craft brewery focusing on New-World hop-driven ales. It started life as a group of avid home brewers who thought Tassie scene could do with some big, bold American-style ales. Included in this tour: a paddle of craft beers
